National YoungArts Week

National YoungArts Week is an intensive program for competition winners with distinction to collaborate with peers across 10 disciplines, develop their craft with internationally recognized leaders in their fields and create lifelong connections.

Participants engage in classes and interdisciplinary workshops with acclaimed artists and are eligible for financial awards of up to $10,000. During the week-long intensive, audiences are invited to meet the next generation of artists in a series of public showcases, and through the publication of the Anthology + Catalogue.

From January 4-11, 2026, YoungArts winners with distinction convened in Miami to collaborate with peers across 10 disciplines and develop their craft with internationally recognized leaders in their fields during National YoungArts Week.

164 YoungArts winners with distinction presented their work to the public in a series of performances, writers’ readings, an exhibition opening, and film screenings; and learned from notable guest artists such as dancer Camille A. Brown (1997 Dance & U.S. Presidential Scholar in the Arts), poet Mahogany L. Brown, photographer Anastasia Samoylova, and artist Kennedy Yanko.
