About the Event
This virtual information session is designed to help YoungArts alumni ages 23 and under feel prepared and confident as they apply for the Emerging Artist Microgrant. The new Emerging Artist Microgrant offers grants in the range of $250–$1,000 to support practical needs that help early career artists move their creative goals forward. This session is a good fit for eligible alumni who are considering applying, have questions about what the grant can support, or want guidance on how to shape a clear and complete application. Together, we’ll walk through eligibility, application questions, budget guidance, and review criteria so applicants can better understand how to clearly share their request, connect it to their creative practice or career development, and submit a complete application.
The info session will take place on Tuesday, September 1 at 6 PM ET/3 PM PT.
