About the Event
For many young people, applying to YoungArts may be the first step in affirming “I am an artist.” YoungArts is one of the only organizations in the U.S. that supports artists across 10 disciplines at all stages of development, beginning with the critical moment when they decide to pursue a life in the arts, and continuing throughout their careers.
To be considered for the competition, applicants must complete, upload and submit all of their materials according to the requirements for their discipline/category by the deadline (this includes processing payment or submitting a fee waiver document if applicable).
The 2023 YoungArts competition application deadline is October 14, 2022 at 11:59 PM ET (Eastern Time) / 8:59 PM PT (Pacific Time). There is no grace period for completing an application.
