Our Campus

Since acquiring its campus in 2012—previously the Bacardi Complex—YoungArts has been working to transform the campus into a lively, multidisciplinary cultural center while preserving its beloved structures. Looking for a unique event space? The YoungArts Campus—featuring 3.5 acres of iconic buildings and spaces—may be the perfect location for your next event.




The Jewel Box

The Jewel Box was designed by Ignacio Carrera-Justiz of Coral Gables, Florida. The exterior is covered in thick hammered stained glass tapestries, designed by S.E.A.R. under the direction of Gabriel and Jacques Loire of Chartres, France and based on an abstract painting by German artist Johannes Dietz. 
The Jewel Box has been transformed into spaces for artists to work, collaborate and create. This spectacular space is also a one-of-a-kind venue that offers the perfect platform for any event.

Ted's at YoungArts

Ted's is an intimate performance space located on the 7th Floor of the Tower building. Named in honor of YoungArts co-founder and philanthropist, Ted Arison, this is a unique entertainment and event space. Designed by world-renowned architect Frank Gehry, Ted's is one of the most technologically-advanced catering venues in the region with state-of-the-art 360o video projection capabilities and impeccable acoustic design by Nagata Acoustics, enhancing the ambiance of the room and creating an exceptional experience for guests and performers.

The YoungArts Plaza

The Plaza is the perfect outdoor venue for an intimate dinner or huge bash. Positioned between two iconic buildings, the plaza offers a bay breeze year round and a perfect setting under the stars. Wall cast capabilities are available.

The Gallery at YoungArts

The two-story YoungArts Gallery designed by Frenk Gehry, opened in December 2013, hosts exhibitions year round by YoungArts master teachers, winners and alumni, including Olafur Eliassen, Daniel Arsham and Hernan Bas. Located in the Tower building, the YoungArts Gallery offers an immersive experience and a space that lends itself to cocktails or intimate dinners. The Gallery is also a nice transitional or welcome space for events taking place on the YoungArts Campus.

The Tent at YoungArts

Take advantage of our concrete lot and amenities, uniquely positioned for galas and corporate functions.
